A huge thank you to everyone who has contributed to The Long Game’s initial research into the employability needs of autistic higher education students and graduates, including the Paul Hamlyn Foundation who funded the research and everyone who shared this opportunity.
Although we only launched in October this year we’ve already spoken to a whopping 120 autistic individuals about their needs and what needs to change to address the employment gap for autistic graduates. Policy Advisor, Oliver Buckley-Mellor, has kindly given up his time to create a dissemination plan for the charity so we get this information out to higher education institutions, employers and the government and support them to implement any changes that are needed. The next few months are going to be busy for The Long Game.
